Dale-Marie Wilson, Ph.D., is a teaching associate professor in the Department of Software and Information Systems in the College of Computing and Informatics at UNC Charlotte. Her research interests include human-centered computing, virtual agents and speech technologies. She received her Ph.D.
Wenwen Dou, Ph.D., has a research focus on the intersection of text mining, artificial intelligence and visualization. Her areas of research include explainable AI, identifying and visualizing misinformation and social media analytics.
Wlodek Zadrozny joined the faculty of UNC Charlotte in 2013, after a 27-year career at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Dr. Zadrozny’s research focuses on natural language understanding and its applications. From 2008 to 2013, he was part of the IBM Watson project, the Jeopardy! playing machine. As a scientist at IBM Research, he led and contributed to a wide range of projects.
